This ramen shop is pretty IT savy as it uses ipads to take your order. It may get a little complicated sometimes as the ordering sites are not very clear. I ordered the 5 spice pork cutlet which comes with gyoza as side dish and ice lemon tea for 12.90. The cutlet was said to be marinated with a special spices recipe. The soup base of the ramen was unique and not the normal miso soup base. The soup was blend together with a dark sauce which i havent figure out what it is that make the soup have a some sort chao da taste. However this make the soup taste saltier than those miso soup base ramen. The cutlet and the egg was a disappointment. The cutlet was so thin. It looks like you are eating fried chicken skin that the chicken cutlet. The taste of the cutlet was well marinated. The egg was not the usual runny egg but a well cooked hard boiled egg which doesnt seems to go well with jap ramen. Didnt have a chance to take a pic of the gyoza as i was too hungry. But the gyoza was good just that its a little chao da. Overall this meal is a decent one. But I would not want to eat here if i am craving for some authentic jap ramen. food :5/10 service: 7/10 |
