Was craving for waffles initially but Geraldine suggested to eat bingsu instead. Didnt eat this before so we decide to try it out. Actually she suggested to go eat Bingo Jung but it was quite far @ mountbatten so i suggested nunsongyee after reading online that they have open a new outlet right opp bugis.

We took quite a long time to decide on which to eat as we were caught between the oreo and choc banana cause both looks as good but decided to go for the choc banana which is @ $13.90.

Portion wise was okay to share between two person. They were pretty generous with the choc powder and the whole bowl was filled nicely with choc powder which taste abit like milo dinosaur after awhile. The shaved ice is very fine. There are condensed milk provided for you to go with your bingsu. The condensed milk is slightly diluted thus not sweet and i actually prefer to go my bingsu with the condensed milk thou.

Didnt take a picture of the interior of the shop but this bingsu shop is three stories high and is 24hr !! A new supper dessert place for all the night owls if you are at bugis area.

Overall 3/5
Ambience 3/5
Service 3/5

Previously went for their dinner and unfortunately, their dinner wasnt that fantastic. Went back for their breakfast and had to wait approximately 1 hour. Before entering the cafe, i was thinking what if the breakfast disappoint me again?

Ordered the ham and scramble egg crossient, monty breakfast which consist of bread, bacon, scramble eggs, hotdog, ham and garden salad & paprika wings Amazingly, lola's breakfast was sooooo sooo sooo sooo good. It was so much better than their dinner. The crossient is so crispy and was filled with buttery taste. scramble egg and ham goes well with the crossient. The portion of the crossient may be small but its very filling !

The monty breakfast is somewhat the dismantle version of the crossient as it has its scramble egg and ham separately from the bread and with the additional of bacon and hot dog.

This is actually my second time eating their paprika wings. When i first eat them during my first visit, i dun understand the hype of these wings. But after the second try, i know why. The skin of the wings is crispy and there is honey on it. The wings is slightly spicy but yet tasted slightly sweet because of the honey which creates a very special kind of taste which is surprisingly good.

There is no GST & service charge at LOLA cafe. Their breakfast is indeed delicious and worth the money as compared to their dinner.

Definitely coming back for more crossient.
